Why sell on this marketplace?

OOSC Clothing Preloved is the official marketplace for buying and selling authentic OOSC Clothing secondhand pieces. Listing is fast and easy—your order history is used to pre-fill your listings in seconds. Plus, items often sell quicker here thanks to high demand from the OOSC Clothing's own community.

How do I list an item for sale?

Listing your item is simple:
- Visit your Wardrobe and sign up with the email address you used to purchase from OOSC Clothing.
- Your previous purchases will appear automatically.
- Missing something? Search our Catalogue to find any items not shown.
- If your item isn’t in the catalogue, you can add it manually.
- Most details are pre-filled for you, just review and hit “List for sale.”

Are there any selling fees?

There are no fees to sell your items.

How will I know when my item sells?

You’ll receive both a text and email confirmation with instructions for posting your item.

How do I get my shipping label?

Your shipping label will be emailed to you. You can also access it anytime by visiting your Sales and Purchases, selecting your sale, and downloading the label or QR code. Please ship your item as soon as possible, and within 3 days of purchase.

What happens after I accept an offer?

You don’t need to do anything further - the buyer is notified by email and text. You can message them anytime on the Offers page. Please note: offers are non-binding, so buyers are not obliged to complete the purchase.

Once you accept an offer, the item’s price is reduced to the offer amount so other buyers can purchase at that price.

How will I get paid?

When your item sells, you will receive 115% of the item's sale value in store credit.

What if my item arrives damaged or not as described?

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t as described, report it within 2 days of delivery via chat or by emailing hello@continue.co. Your purchase is fully protected. If your item doesn’t arrive, or is incorrect or damaged, you’ll receive a full refund after returning the item (with return shipping covered by Continue).

What if the seller doesn’t ship my item?

No worries - if the seller doesn’t send your item, you’ll get a full refund. Most sellers ship within 1-2 days, but they have up to 5 days. If you’re concerned, try messaging the seller first via the Sales and Purchases page (find your purchase and hit "Message seller"). If there’s no response, contact Continue via chat or email at hello@continue.co.

What is the Buyer Protection fee?

Buyer Protection is 10% of the item price, paid to Continue. It keeps your payment secure until your item arrives as described. See more details below.

How does Buyer Protection work?

Your payment is held securely in escrow (via Stripe) until you confirm the item has arrived in the described condition. If the item is lost in transit or not as described, you’ll be refunded after returning it to the seller. Buyer Protection also covers customer support and dispute resolution - so you’re always covered.

Am I obligated to buy after making an offer?

No, offers are non-binding. However, once an offer is accepted, the item’s price is reduced to the offer amount and other buyers can purchase it at that lower price.

Can I return a purchased item?

If your item is significantly different from the seller’s description, you can return it (with shipping covered by Continue) and receive a full refund once it’s back with the seller. Otherwise, all sales are final. The item will appear in your digital wardrobe so you can easily re-list it.

How do I mark an item as accepted?

Once you’ve received and inspected your item, mark it as accepted by visiting the Sales and Purchases page, finding your purchase, and hitting the accept button. We’ll automatically mark your order as accepted after 4 days post-delivery, but marking it sooner helps release funds to the seller faster.

Shipping

How does shipping work?

Shipping is built directly into OOSC Clothing Preloved. Sellers choose from pre-approved couriers, and buyers see delivery rates at checkout. A QR code or label is automatically generated and sent to the seller, or you can access it by viewing your order in Sales and Purchases. Both buyer and seller receive updates at each stage of delivery.

Who pays for shipping?

The buyer covers shipping costs. Sellers must use the prepaid label provided and ship the item within 5 days (most ship within 1–2 days).

Is shipping insurance included?

Yes, your item is insured for its value, and you’ll be refunded if it’s lost in transit.

When will my item arrive?

You can track your order using the tracking link found on your purchase page. Just go to Sales and Purchases, find your purchase, and the tracking link will be available there.

How long do I have to post a sold item?

Please post your item as soon as possible, and within 5 days. Orders not posted in time will be cancelled.

How do I choose the right parcel size?

Small Parcel: Up to 500g. Ideal for light T-shirts, shirts or small clothing.

Medium Parcel: Up to 1kg. Suitable for jeans, jackets etc.

Large Parcel: Up to 2kg. Best for bulky items like coats, trainers, heavy knitwear or multiple clothing pieces.

Please note that items weighing 5–20 kg belong to the heavy category and cannot be sent with the generated shipping label. You will need to arrange a courier service for these items.

Postage costs can vary by size, weight, and destination. Please check the latest rates with the relevant courier.

Payment

When will I receive my store credit?

Funds are held securely in escrow and released after the buyer confirms they’ve received the item, or automatically after 4 days - whichever comes first.

How will I get paid?

When your item sells, you will receive 115% of the item's sale value in store credit.

How do I access my store credit?

You will receive an email with your store credit code once the buyer has confirmed satisfactory receipt of your item. You can also find your store credit codes the Store Credit. page. Please note you can only use store credit on our main store.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Amex and Klarna. You can also use Apple Pay or Google Pay on mobile. Payment methods may differ from our main store.

Wardrobe

How does my digital wardrobe work?

Your Wardrobe syncs automatically with purchases from both the main store and preloved. We securely match your orders to your account using your email address and phone number.

Why can’t I see my items in my wardrobe?

It can take a few minutes after you've signed up for items to appear in your wardrobe. If you don’t see your purchased items, here’s how to add them:
- Used a different email at checkout? Go to your Profile and add any additional email addresses - we’ll sync your past orders automatically.
- Search our Catalogue for your missing item; we’ll pre-fill the details so you can quickly list it.
- If your item isn’t in the catalogue, simply add it manually by entering the details yourself.
